vivlio.app provides a platform for motorhome and travel enthusiasts, including the following features:

  • Financial control of travel expenses with support for multiple currencies.
  • Vehicle management (specs, photos, and maintenance reminders).
  • Creation of custom checklists and log entries.
  • Access to a database of points of interest (POIs) with community reviews.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activity under your account is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

We offer different service levels (Free, Pro, etc.) as described on our pricing page. Usage limits (number of trips, vehicles, storage) vary by plan. We reserve the right to change prices and benefits of each plan with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

vivlio.app uses data from third-party providers like OpenStreetMap (mapping) and Wikipedia/Wikimedia (location info). This data is protected by their respective licenses (CC-BY-SA, ODbL). The design, brand, and proprietary code of vivlio.app are our exclusive property.

6. User-Generated Content

By including photos, reviews, or any other content in vivlio.app, you declare you have the necessary rights to such content. Legal responsibility for any image or text entered is entirely the user's.

vivlio.app reserves the right to moderate, remove, or edit content reported as inappropriate. By uploading, you grant vivlio.app a free license to store and display this content within the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

vivlio.app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of the app, including navigation errors or mechanical failures due to ignored maintenance reminders.
